I have a certificate in Service Excellence. Rules are to answer the phone within 3 rings... It rang 12 times before I hung up.

This place is not a go to KFC location. They have nothing on stock, and anything else what they have is not fresh! I used to go there often but a few times now I got garbage for my money.Thank you!

This place was definitely short staffed. Two guys working their butts off, skip the dishes tablet constantly going off with new orders, people walking in to order, drive thru lined up…these guys deserve a raise. Poorly managed store, but great staff.
