I asked on a local facebook page for a good mechanic and Justin's name came up more than any others, so I made an appointment to have a front end clunking sound investigated on my Toyota Rav4.
Despite an extensive review of the front end, even when I was sure that is where the issue was, they found no issues. Instead, they found that my rear drive shaft had a loose u-joint and that that was the likely cause of a secondary issue regarding a vibration I had mentioned.
I received a quote and set an appointment for two weeks later. I arrived, dropped off the car and walked up to Tim Horton's. After about an hour I got a call about a glitch. The part came off but a bolt broke. Justin told me of a couple of options I had and we decided on a course of action. I appreciated the call, had he not told me, I would be none the wiser.
I picked up the car about another hour later. The quote was not changed despite the extra and unexpected work to address the issue. I drove off and the car felt good. There was no vibration AND no front end clunk. I'd have given 5 stars for that alone, but a day or two later I got a text message asking me how the car was and if I was happy. What mechanic does that? That was a refreshing first for me.
So, no lying about a bad front end part even though I was already convinced, no hiding the broken bolt or the options to deal with it properly, and no nickle and diming for the extra time.
Unrelated to the quality of the work, the shop is clean and has cool old automotive artifacts amongst other antiques. I'll be back. Thanks guys.

2-3 stars seems reasonable of a review as my personal interaction with the shop owner was good and they got my vehicle in fast. As a journeymen diesel mechanic getting a safety done and being quoted 2800 for repairs to a vehicle I decided to get a second opinion after looking myself and finding no issue so I took it to another shop and it passed with zero issues from that shop.
I won’t go as far to say this shop was trying to rip me off but it doesn’t look great.

Went in for an air conditioning repair, received great service at a great price. Quick and professional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great shop for a car repair. Will be returning here for future repairs.

This guy… you want to meet this guy (Justin) when you are in trouble. V60 had a broken starter, decided to have the car towed to his shop. He was booked for the week but did manage to squeeze us in. Two hours and a half later, we were back on the road with a new starter. That’s the kind of pit stop you want. Quick troubleshooting, confident in resolution and an amazing outcome. Thanks Justin. If I were to live in the Windsor area, you would become my trusted mechanic, no question asked. Worth to mention: this shop look like a little museum ++, totally out of the ordinary and pleasant to the eyes.

About to leave on a roadtrip and the car started making a terrible rattling noise. Despite being super busy and short-staffed, took the time to fix our issue. Amazing. So grateful.

Went in for an alignment on my Tundra after having new front shocks installed. Justin was great to deal with and very friendly and professional. The shop is absolutely awesome and didn't feel like a typical auto shop. I will be returning here for my auto repairs that I cannot handle from here on out.

I've used Justin's Auto several times for repairs and check ups on my vehicles. All the services and prices are clearly posted and he has a crew of friendly and qualified staff. I feel I can trust them and the advice they give. I do not feel I'm being sold unnecssary services like many other auto shops. Thanks to Justin and his team for keeping me and my family safe on the road.

Justin & Mike were very informative and explained what needed to be done to fix the air conditioning in my 2008 Audi TT. Justin gave me an estimate, I asked him to go ahead and order the parts which he did and make an appointment for installation. I was reminded by text about my appointment (although I would never forget) but I appreciated the attention to detail. I brought the car in this morning and exactly 2 hours later (which was exactly what he had quoted) I drove away in my very cool car. The waiting area is very comfortable as well.
I really appreciate you fixing my car and will be back when needed. Thank you.

I feel so lucky to have such a convenient, fun, honest auto guy in my neighborhood. Justin and his team have been awesome this past year...they follow up with each visit, check in on you, and the service is quick and painless.

Outstanding service and speedy fix! My car broke down at Windsor, coolant leak and not able to start. I got it towed to Justin, he found out the water pump is done, accessory belt fall off, and also spotted some other issues with my Saab. They get it fixed just 1 day with fair price and get me back on the road again! Definitely a reliable and honest mechanic, won't up sale you the things you don't need!

How big rip-offs these guys are! You pay price at par or more than a dealer and no warranty of service. “You have an old car so no warranty of service” what an excuse of an old car, and not blaming their service at all. Paid diagnosis charge for air suspension and water leak, they charged but were not able to fix. AC leaked within months of OEM compressor install, but no warranty of service. Charges 20% more if you take your own parts. Tried these few times but would never never go to them again. Good for nothing ? ? A negative review based on my bad experience seems unfair to Justin. I understand very well how many components are there in a vehicle not just ac system and how they work since I have been working in automotive industry for over 30 years. This was me who suggested land rover dealer how to fix the air suspension and the dealer did it for a very little charge, whereas Justin told me that he is so afraid to work on it, said he might break the whole system if he tries. Mr mechanic ! Don’t assume the customer coming to you knows nothing. And if you have right to keep on charging for the same problem twice, then let the customer decide what feedback you deserve, don’t jump into the feedback to defend and cover up. I don’t bother to leave reviews but the way he showed the cheapness, I couldn’t help. Review is not unfair, he is the one who is unfair. Spent thousands in labour cost last fall, paid him so much on common issues including 5 hours of labour for AC. After getting the work done from him on my land rover, i checked with dealer - dealer quoted less on all those jobs. Why would I expect any free work from anyone? He just didn’t stand behind his work, thats why he is getting it so that people can be aware of a scenario like mine. My review is all genuine and fair. I have all documents to prove my points.

Amazing service. Highly recommend them. Replaced the tires on my Tesla and alignment. Very friendly and professional service. Also this place is really cool to see, it's like a museum! A gem in the city of Windsor!
