I am always amazed at the depths of profound ineptitude on display at this crappy little pharmacy. Not only did they prevent my wife from accessing her medication for four days past when it was due, they faxed the wrong doctor FOUR times. She still doesn’t have her medication. The staff are totally unapologetic and unwilling to put even minimal effort into their jobs. The moment Windsor gets another compounding pharmacy this place will hopefully shut down, absolutely appalling. Go anywhere else if you can, save yourself from these complete and utter morons.

I really want to thank the pharmacist who helped us when we were away from home . She really went above and beyond for us with helping us get medication for our daughter and even contacting the doctor and touching base with us again to see if everything was okay. Our family and daughter was very appreciative for all that she and her staff did!

They have a great staff very caring and concerned for your well-being and excellent owners couldn't care more about their community and their customers that needs people do they do a good job.
I tell you it's a breath of fresh air to walk into a business in a place where the people don't care as much about money as they do the people walking in their door. ?

I have been trying to be very patient with the neglect I have been going throught at this pharmacy. They don't call back when they say they will, they say my prescription will be ready on a specific day and when I go there to pick it up, it is not ready. They wait to the last min. to call for a prescription renewal by the Dr. Then blame the Dr. when it is not ready .

It's 2023 time to get a new phone and not this dial up call waiting stuff. I cannot get through to them to give them a call back when they requested me to call them. Useless waste of my time.

I like to say that this is the worst place to get your pills. I have gone there to pick up my pills and they were not ready when they said they would be. They don't call you to say your pills are ready and call you back when they say they will. I am a busy man and I am looking for a new place as soon as I move. Plus, you get bad service and have the people that work there not even being nice.
