Honnestly, exfremely disappoimtong. This location is a poor example of the brand. The customer service at this location is sub standard. Associates are not kmowledgeable of policy, items or how to adequately help customers. I have spent hours trying to return defective power tools and been given differwnt information from several associates on the same issue.

I purchased 7 tubes of LePage 400 construction adhesive 3 months ago and left them in my heated basement still in the bag I purchased them in. Granted they stayed in the basement for those months. Today, I started gluing down my stairs and stair risers. the glue worked beautifully till I got to a tube that was dried out. I did everything I could to loosen the glue including rechecking the punctured hole and squeezing with everything I had to get it to flow. It simply wouldn't budge because it was dried out. As it turned out, 3 of the 7 tubes were dried out to the point where they weren't usable. Without a bill, I immediately proceed to the South Windsor Home Depot to get replacements for the 3 dried out tubes. in the past, I've never had issues with exchanging or returning merchandise for a store credit and on this occasion, in my opinion, was no different. I was however told that I had used up the tubes because they were punctured and that they, in fact, were not dried out. Furthermore, they would not exchange or refund the defective tubes of LePage 400. I left feeling discouraged and frustrated with my experience. I did buy the needed 3 tubes at the local competitor where they were actually 50 cents cheaper than Home Depot feeling dejected and made to feel like a liar. I now have a bad taste in my mouth from this experience. I was in the store at approximately 1230pm today, nov 30 2021 and am now thinking about my shattered store loyalty atm.

Your employees are rude. I checked in for a curbside order and after not getting a response after waiting 20 minutes, I called and was very rudely told that she could see my vehicle and I had only been waiting 5 minutes.. I can assure you I can tell time, the way she responded was un called for and is exactly why we will NEVER be back.

Who won, in 2018 we purchased $12,000.00 dollars in title flooring from your Chandler, AZ store location. It was a disaster of a project, terrible workmanship, property damages caused by your preferred installation company. It's our understanding the installation company has gone out of business. Thank goodness that happened, now they can't damage a job for another customer. The icing on the cake your, Home Depot Customer Service Representative came to our home three times agreed the job was terrible and assured us you all were going to make it right. Your company resolution was to give us back our money plus a couple of bucks and walked from the job. Great I then had a incomplete flooring installation that looked terrible, and you all left me to finish the installation and fixing the damages. Which I did, since then we've purchased two more homes, spending over $35,000 in remodeled adding to the decor. Unless I'm really in a bind, I don't visit your store, I cut up your credit cards and as you can see I'm still pretty mad that you left us holding the bag. Oh by the way, yesterday we purchased a $1600.00 security door and $2400.00 in Crown Molding not from you.

No issue with products, checkout staff is typically VERY friendly and the customer service desk is very helpful BUT..... most employees on the floor aren't engaging and ghost you.

Horrible experience with on-line service! tried to get a battery for the electric lawn mower and they didn't have any in the store. I found the battery on-line and ordered it expecting it to arrive in 6 days. it's been 4 weeks now and when I call I get the run-around and LOOONG wait times on the phone. When I told them I wanted a refund, they said I need the item for a refund? Time to email the Home Depo HQ. Save yourself the hassle and shop on-line with Amazon.

Forever understaffed. The people that are there are bogged down with tons of customers asking questions, they should work on employee retention or better scheduling over the weekend

Horrible customer service. My mother purchased a dryer last monday and they said they would deliver it the following Wednesday. She cancelled her plans that day and waited...and waited...she called and the lady she spoke with said that they don't have an exact delivery date yet and would call her. No one called her back. The following day she called them back and they said prob "sometime next week...". No one got back to her for a couple days so she called Sunday and the person said there was probably a delay in delivery because she purchased the item on "Labor day" and that someone would call back. It is now Tuesday ...a week from purchase...still no dryer...still no delivery date. She is going to go into the store today and see whats going on. My mom is a senior and just wants to know a date of when she is getting the item she purchased...

Had custom built front door and installation. Have some minor problems with both installation and quality of the door. Service has been extremely slow and am waiting to hear from someone from the out of town manufacturers. Home depot takes no ownership of the issues.

Overall, the customer service needs an improvement. Lowes have better customer services than Home Depot. The Sales Associate in Home Depot does not want to deal with the customer (the one in particular) he gave me the impression that he doesn't want to work in the retail service. He failed to double check if there was more in the back (where they keep the inventory) he gave me an attitude when I asked him to help me carry a heavy bag. I have mixed feelings about Home Depot.
