I emailed Heritage Tire Thursday evening requesting a quote on a specific set of tires. Early Friday morning, I received that quote. I gave them a call and Tammy was able to price match a local competitor. I quickly booked to have the tires installed Saturday morning at 9am.
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was directed to their clean and organized waiting room. Coffee, tea, cookies, and water were available.
Around 9:35am, my tires were finished being installed and I was ready to be cashed out. The price was unchanged from the quote. Tire shine was added for that extra special touch.
I will highly recommend Heritage Tire Windsor to all my friends and family. Pricing, customer service, and cleanliness of their facility are all top notch. I can think of a million different ways I'd rather spend money compared to buying tires but the process was quick and simple. Thank you! A+

When it comes to tires and wheels, the staff here is the most knowledgeable that I have come across. Whether it is for my Car, Pickup, ATV, Lawnmower, or Tractor, they go out of their way to help. I always seem to show up at the last minute with a repair, and they help with a smile, every time without fail. Need tires and wheels done right, this is the place to go!

Bought tires and rims online and called the Windsor store to make an appointment to have them balanced. Spoke to the owner himself who because I had not purchased my tires from there, would not do it. That's just a poor business motto if you ask me. And it borders immaturity. We have four cars on the road, you can be sure we would never even consider buying from here.
