Brought the car in for a walnut blast. Spent a lot of money on it. After taking the intake manifold off myself while replacing fuel injectors. I’m not impressed. I’ve had another vehicle walnut blasted at a different garage with far better results. Intakes looked almost new. At Heinz. That was far from the case. Wouldn’t go back.

I took my VW Golf TDI in, to a few different places to solve a low power issue. After spending more money than I'd like to say, the issue was still not resolved. I called Heinz Garage, took it in and within 10 minutes of looking at the car and a short test drive they found the issue. I highly recommend making Heinz your go to VW mechanic.

Took my car here a few months ago and was fleece out of $1100. The problem with my car, not starting after filling up with gas still remained the same after they so called “fixed it” and they charged me way too much just to replace a Serpentine belt. Went and changed my purge valve elsewhere, and now the problem is solved.

100% recommend Heinz! My first experience with them was great! I brought my car into another shop for repairs before going to Heinz. My car was at the previous shop for a month and a half and when I picked it up I was still having issues so I brought it into Heinz instead and they found the problem immediately! Super informative as well! One of my exhaust pipes had to be fixed, Derek took the pipe off and even showed me the problem, took photos of the area on my car as well so he could explain more, and let me know exactly what my car was missing! Gave me an amazing deal as well! I was expecting to pay $$$ a lot based on my previous experience at the other shop and how much Audi quoted me just for scanning, but Heinz gave me a great deal and communicated with me about everything! 100% Recommend this shop!!! Gained a new customer for life! So long as I continue to own an Audi or within that car group ?

If you are looking for a garage with integrity and excellent customer service,this is your place! I took my Jetta Volkswagen to Heinz Garage when my engine light came on, Dereck assessed my vehicle and it needed a pricy engine valve, he advised me to call the dealership and see if it was covered under my warranty and to my surprise it was. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for fast, friendly and excellent customer service.

Incredible work and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Derek and Gail are a great representation of how a shop should run and operate. I bought an Audi Q5 for my wife and within a week of ownership, my water pump decided to start leaking profusely. Extended Warranty would not cover it for unreasonable reasons. Gail went back and forth with them over the course of a couple days (which I presume is extremely rare). In the end, the warranty still did not cover the repair; however, Derek and Gail took care of me on short notice at a fair price, and excellent work. Thank you to the whole Heinz Garage team. 10/10 recommend!
