We never have luck here
The majority of the staff are uninterested
They want to make their sale and move on
If they don’t think they’re making a sale, they have zero interest
We went to the states and had 5 dress shirts custom made a dinner jacket and 2 sports coats
I don’t have time for condescending uninterested sales clerks
Freeds used to be phenomenal, now it’s just … there filled with rude help

Nico was an absolute pleasure! Had to rush to grab a last minute suit same day as an engagement party and he made the whole process such a breeze - including alterations! Absolutely fantastic experience, 10/10 recommend! Go Nico!

I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Deangelo in the suit department. We went in looking for a suit for a wedding and he went above and beyond for us. He put together the perfect suit and matched it with a belt, shoes, shirt and a tie. He was very knowledgeable and super kind! We will absolutely be going back!

Rushed. Paid extra for alterations that were sub par to say the least. This was not the experience that was expected. Get it together. For what you’re charging you can get the exact same item for half the price and go get custom alterations and actually have something that fits. Poor experience, poor customer service.
