I’ve been shopping at this store for about 3 years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. On Wednesday, I bought cheese that had mold on it. I called the store, and they were polite, but I couldn’t return it until the next day due to work. When I went back, the cashier was rude and made it seem like I was the inconvenience for not having a receipt, even though I only bought a few items (3 to be exact) and wasn’t expecting mold, let alone drive across town to return it.
While exchanging the cheese, I noticed a pack of sliced cheese on the shelf that was translucent with white specks (I noticed it the day before too), indicating it was breaking down. Whether or not it was mold, they shouldn’t be selling it. I even tried flipping it over so an employee might notice and remove it, but it remained there the next day.
The whole experience bizarre. After this, I’m unsure if I’ll continue shopping here.
Ps. I work multiple jobs in the food industry and I have my food safety certification. 2 stars because it was good for the last 3 years until this.

This is the perfect place for getting your garden and patio plants in the spring. They have a large variety of fresh produce, baked goods and so much more! The place is always clean and the staff are super friendly! I go here every week and have always enjoyed my visit!

Wide variety of domestic and imported/ethnic foods. Great meats and produce sections. Impressive cheese section too. In store specials offer selections. Highly recommend shopping here!

Best grocery store in the city - best price on produce - especially berries. They have a great selection and their meat counter/butcher is great and accommodating. The staff are wonderful

Bought some beautiful hydrangeas ? today. So hearty and healthy. A very kind employee offered to bring them out to my vehicle AND place them in my trunk. He was so cordial. I really appreciated it.......nobody does this anymore. A simple gesture like that goes a looooooong way! ??

Shop here if you want rotten, overpriced produce. They're not bothering to hide it either. The first thing my eyes landed on as I entered the store were some mini bell peppers covered in fuzz. It was not even just one bag on display, it was all of them.
Not impressed. On the other hand, the plants look lovely come summer. Unfortunately, that will be the only thing I'll be purchasing from now on.
