I had brought my car into formula first due to an accident and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. They found a way to fix it without it being a total loss of a car and they fixed it up to its perfect state. When we went to go get the car they were very kind to tell us everything they did to the car and were very welcoming! Any body work i need done on my car i will definitely be going back!!

Interactions with everyone throughout the whole process was pleasant. There was a bit of a delay with getting parts delivered. WOW! From the moment I stepped into this amazing establishment I was satisfied. Had my FORD explorer sport detailed, and the results were awesome; like brand new. All staff is efficient, courteous and attentive to your needs. I will now be bringing my vehicle in for regular maintenance and whatever else is not covered under warranty. I highly recommend - you will be very satisfied.

If you're like me, you baby your vehicle and ended up in the unfortunate spot of someone else doing damage to your car. It's such a pain having to deal with insurance and all that stuff, especially for the first time. Formula First made it easy and straightforward for someone who's never had this issue before.As an Audi owner, I'm happy I took it here. The work speaks for itself. Looks stunning, colour match is perfect, body lines are all back to new and an interior detail was a great touch when I came to pick it up.Note: My insurance company didn't have this shop listed as "preferred" but just tell them you want to go with Formula First and the insurance company will send an independent appraiser out to look at damage prior. For the extra couple of days it took to go to a "non-preferred" shop, it was well worth it.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Brought my 2018 Civic here after an accident. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off, but just dealing with Krista and Kelly in the office was an absolute pleasure! Great tips on how to deal with insurance and a ton of care and understanding regarding a stressful situation. The only place I'd consider bringing my new Honda. Amazing state of the art body shop with a bistro in the front of shop so you can sit down and have a delicious meal. Service was absolutely amazing. I have an older truck that they worked on. When I got it back it looked brand new. WowI strongly recommend the body shopGreat team great results

This is a 2nd generation review. My Dad recommended Formula First as did my car dealership. I have become a regular (unfortunately?) and have taken the same vehicle in for bodywork repairs a few times. Always greeted warmly, they always have my info on hand, estimates are timely, quality of work first class and when interaction with my insurance company was required all transactions were managed perfectly. When I brought my car in for service they somehow forgot about it.I had an appointment to replace my bumper, and when I brought it in for the service they assured me the parts were in ( the bill was paid in advance in full by a third party). They had my car for 6 days and when I called to pick it up they said they had not started on the repairs, they then kept it another 5 days to do the job.Once they did the work it was great.Service: Auto body & trim repair
