Very bad experience, I've been going here for a long time and they all know that, I've never been treated nicely here but after today I will never go back. I got a breeze and went home tried it and it doesn't work, the owners acting like he's so hurt for money he can't just give me a new one. He made me wait like 20 minutes for him to come to the riverside location to tell me it's not his problem. I literally bought the vape 10 minutes ago and the employee working even vouched for me and also vouched that I often go there as my house is right at the corner. Safe to say I'll never go here again. Never been treated so rudely in my life.

Bought a couple drinks and a chocolate bar. Didn’t get offered a receipt. Once we got home we noticed the chocolate bar was expired by 7 months. Went back to return or get new one and they said “nope that’s not ours” really awful customer service. Didn’t even offer to exchange.

Quick and easy in and out. Be sure to speak clearly if buying smokes, they tend to get it wrong due to the plastic COVID barrier that's still up.
