I just called the store to ask about the Melody skirt and the girl that answered the phone was a queen. ?? She did such a good job answering my questions and had an awesome personality.

I brought my daughter to pick out some new outfits for school. As a father, I have 0 knowledge when it comes to women’s clothing.Thank goodness this young woman named Talla was there to help us both out! She was incredibly accommodating and professional in her approach. My daughter is normally very shy but Talla spoke to her like they’ve been friends for years!!!Any inexperienced fathers, make sure to ask for Talla when you need help :)5 stars!

We went into the store and was NOT greeted by any of the sales ‘girls’. They were too busy listing to one of them tell a story of how she was throwing up because she was on her period.

Gorgeous designs and fashionable styles. Color options could be expanded but I like their everyday clothing and special styles. Staff is very friendly- Madeleine at front desk deserves a special mention- she was impeccably patient, not to mention helpful. If a petite and short person like myself can find clothes that fit, then anything is possible here!

The customer service at this location is next level and what every retail business should strive towards. I went in yesterday and was helped by two Sarah's who were so awesome and helpful! They spent so much time with me and basically styled me for my evening. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Every time I go to this store the line is super long and there's always girls steaming clothes instead of checking people out? Went to pick up my order which I waited in the Cedar point line for. Tried my clothes on and then had to wait in the line again. Also I was refunded the money for my order because "I took too long to pick it up" when nobody had called me. Apparently I should have found a notification in the plethora of other spam e-mails sent from retailers. I live far which is why it wasn't a priority for me to pick up a fuchsia dress asap..

It was difficult to find staff. Perhaps they were short staffed that day but nobody offered help or a dressing room. They have organized shelves and displays and the store looks polished
