Fixed phone in a timely manner/same day, very responsive and knowledgeable. Only giving 4 stars because they said they were putting an apple camera from another used phone in the phone but they didn’t, now there’s a constant error saying that there is a different part that’s not Apple, and they deleted all the screen time and web search history which I would assume they were snooping through the phone. Other than that, it works again and I’m happy about that.

Staff was knowledgeable and they were quick to help out, making my visit smooth and easy. Definitely worth a visit if you need phone accessories and great service.

Friendly customer service, very helpful and great experience. I was quoted 65 to 75 for a repair but the part that came in was a used part and I was only charged 40. He was honest and told me when he probably could have been dishonest if he wanted and charged for a new part. Thanks again for the great service.

Helped me clean myPhone so the audio ports work better and didn’t charge me for it! Thank you, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of sound from myPhone.

I brought my phone in after dropping it for the 100th time, but that one hit managed to not only crack the screen, but black 'oil spots' appeared and started to spread. I thought the damage was too severe to be fixed and thought I had to buy a new phone. Mohamad from Dr. Cell was wonderful and he fixed it quickly. My phone is perfect now. Thank you!

I visited Dr. Cell today. My phone was cracked, ear piece not working and other issues. I was expecting to have to purchase a new phone. He told me, he could fix the one I have and no need to spend money on a new phone. I was so happy and extremely pleased with his honesty and customer service. He also told me how to transfer my photos as I am clueless with that. All in all such a fantastic experience. Please support this business as I can not say enough good things about it!
