If you don't need methadone than this pharmacy is useless. Spent 2 hrs trying to print off a fax that kept getting rejected despite coming from the same Doctor for the last 3 years. Get there just to tell me they only have 2 weeks worth of medication and than I would have to come back in 2 weeks for the remainder. Only to have to return 2 weeks after that to get my 30 day refillComplete waste of my timeTook my business elsewhere

Can't say enough good things about the people at downtown Windsor pharmacy. Hours could be better but that's my scheduling problem not theirs. Staff are always going above and beyond and answering my excessive questions. 10/5 stars.They were quick to assist when I had financial strains as well.

Great people, they don't charge me the co-paymen. One thing they don't call when the prescription is filled. I'm not sure it was only me but anyway they should.

This pharmacy made us loose all our carrys we never once lost more than two .and now were sitting here my husband and I. Now so incredibly sick and not only that they said we were their on a day we didn't even go there. on the day they say we were there ( the day of) our drs appointment and they stated they had pictures of us but we were never there.. why would we ever mess up having our bottles.? ...we never one time missed a witness till that day.. and we go in therethe next day Thursday morning to get our bottles , and they say that we already were there Weds and not only that he asked us if we were on drugs in front of a bunch of people too..it was horrible (defimation of character to say the least) and lying about giving our bottles...then we go to our drs which they tell us there taking all of them away becauseof this and cuttingour dose from 149 down to 75 and were at the point were so sick from not getting our regular dose and were told there is nothing we can do about it ..we have to deal with the pharmacy that did this...but no one will help us. Now .because its his word against ours and were the addicts ..if they made a mistake this needs to be resolved because im calling a lawyer .someone has to do something for the people who did everything to be off drugs.now to be so sick from not having the methadone .were at the point of using because were so sick from not having our regular dose ...they know we went in there ,so many times they could have pictures from any of those days...went in their so many times and loved them until this .the one week we switch our pharmacy and got it filled at the doctor's and the week we switch back to them this happened...this is not right at all
