“Nice place to shop, you can always find new and interesting things there. We got a 20% coupon from the mail that was apparently reusable, so after our purchase, we just gave our coupon to the next customer. Happy holidays”
“I love popping into Giant Tiger when I need something quick for a good price. It's a great family store with something for everyone. The quality of the clothing is not always the best, but the price is not bad for what you're getting, making this store an economical choice for those needing to watch their budget. There is also a decent selection of grocery items for good prices. The only thing I really don't like about Giant Tiger is the layout of the store. If you come in the entrance and just have an item to return or you just want to grab something quick, you have to walk all the way around the whole store before getting to the checkouts.”
“Good deals, and selection - even in men's department...unless searching for certain sizes of jeans for taller individuals...
The (men's) bathroom is almost always clean, but the toilet paper dispenser is placed ridiculously low to the floor. Bathroom door has a foot pull so people need not touch handle that we all know isn't the most sanitary of surfaces.
Would avoid trying their generic, off-brand ear & headphones.”

Also the staff seemed to be pretty friendly I requested an item that was out of stock for awhile and they assisted on getting it back which was awesome as its my goto study treat.

It's clean, and VERY well organized.
A majority of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
When I couldn't find an item that was advertised, in store... and after looking online where I still couldn't find it... an employee took the time to help me look it up on their website, and then further proceeded to help me order it to their store, for later pickup.
Their products are great (except for those long phone charging cords. They no longer work after just a couple uses) but everything else I have purchased from here (and I'm a regular customer) has been well worth my money.”

“The only problem I had was I couldn't find anything and no one asked if I needed any help. But I was able to find it on my own. Well stocked. I went through self checkout and got through quickly. Plenty of carts to shop as well”
“The service that I received at Canadian tire for my paint was outstanding! I have to preface this by saying that I did buy paint at 2 seperate locations, but each interaction was fabulous. However, my experience with a young man named Logan was amazing. As he was helping me, he noticed other customers requiring assistance. At no point did he get frazzled or annoyed. Instead, he acknowledged the customers and let them know he or someone would be right with them and found others to help. While the paint was shaking, he VERY politely asked if it would be OK with me if he excused himself to go help someone as the paint would need to shake for 3 minutes.

“The selection here is pretty great, and there can be some good deals if you don't mind going on a bit of a hunt. For the average item though I always find myself disappointed by the price. That's why I gravitate towards the clearance. A great stop every once in a while, but definitely not an every week visit type of situation. Staff are nice, some good stuff, just wish some of it was more affordable.”
