“The selection here is pretty great, and there can be some good deals if you don't mind going on a bit of a hunt. For the average item though I always find myself disappointed by the price. That's why I gravitate towards the clearance. A great stop every once in a while, but definitely not an every week visit type of situation. Staff are nice, some good stuff, just wish some of it was more affordable.”
“I love popping into Giant Tiger when I need something quick for a good price. It's a great family store with something for everyone. The quality of the clothing is not always the best, but the price is not bad for what you're getting, making this store an economical choice for those needing to watch their budget. There is also a decent selection of grocery items for good prices. The only thing I really don't like about Giant Tiger is the layout of the store. If you come in the entrance and just have an item to return or you just want to grab something quick, you have to walk all the way around the whole store before getting to the checkouts.”
“This winners is a gem. Its my go to store for so many essentials. They carry one of my favorite hair products from Brazil, organic and hexane free castor oil, dog poop bags very affordable and so on. Their summer ending sales are unmatchable. I recommend this Winners.”

“Nice store, well organized, people like to go there for that kind of shopping. Many good things for a better price, sometimes just half price compared to other places. And you could go through everything and be surprised sometimes by top brands you just cannot find in other stores in town.”

Very awesome how they are one of the only places that actually price match still.
Also the staff seemed to be pretty friendly I requested an item that was out of stock for awhile and they assisted on getting it back which was awesome as its my goto study treat.

“What Canadian doesn't love CT? Lots in store, great weekly sales. I needed help today and the service was great from all 3 staff involved. The warehouse staff who ultimately brought the item from the back (twice) was awesome. Love the queue system checkout that was added a few years ago - so much faster than it used to be!”
“I needed a new passport photo done and was having a hard time finding places to go to.
Staples wasn't answering, and independent photographers were unreasonably expensive.
I called Walmart and asked if they did passport photos, they said yes, and I was able to come in the same day without an appointment. They took the photos quickly, and I had the physical printout 10 minutes later.
In total, this cost me $15 + tax - quick and painless”
“Called the store regarding a situation I had with getting new tires for my car. Spoke once to Drew over the phone and once more when I went in to finalize everything at the store. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable with what to do when I made the mistake of ordering the tires I was buying to the wrong store. I think He deserves a raise.”
