During my time at crunch I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Leon. Leon has tremendous costumer service skills and is always willing to help. Many times Leon has given me great gym advice as well as ways I can improve my physical health whether that be workouts or nutrition advice. He always has great energy when working and someone who is very approachable. Leon is always looking to make your experience at crunch great. Amazing worker and even better person.

I’ve been working out here for a while and Leon at the front desk always greets me with a smile and has exceptional customer service skills. Whenever ever I seem to hit a plateau in the gym he is always there to give advice to get my numbers up! Great guy!

I had an opportunity to take a few morning and evening classes with Melanie. I found the level of instruction was helpful in preventing injuries and in making sure I had the proper form to continue with my workouts. I also enjoyed the energy, the different techniques used to work our entire body. Love crunch fitness

Coach Kojo has been an amazing trainer. He teaches proper form and stretches which make me feel amazing before and after the gym! Haven’t had a such a good trainer.

Crunch Fitness on Malden Road in Lasalle is a very friendly gym with a wide variety of equipment and helpful staff. It is always clean and well kept up. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. And the other gym users are also genuinely friendly.... and honest. I forgot my (expensive) phone on the bench in the locker room. After about an hour of people walking in, seeing the phone, and leaving it for me in case I returned, a gym member turned it to the front desk. Amazing! I engaged a personal trainer for the last 4 months. Jean-Luc is a terrific trainer. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable. And the results for me have been great. Quite a few of my friends and family have mentioned the difference it has made. I also love that the gym is open late into the night on several weekdays. If you're looking for a gym in the Lasalle area, I would highly recommend a visit to the gym to talk with the staff about what you want to accomplish. They can help you.

This is an inexpensive and regular gym. There’s not much specialized equipment, but they have everything you could need. They have classes and a lot of cardio machines. The other machines are not all well kept but for the price it’s worth it. The staff are friendly and the hours are good!

I love the gym classes and the instructors. The classes are a great combo of strength/weights and cardio working different parts of the body with each class. Melanie's classes are always upbeat and fun!

This is an awesome gym. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's kept clean. If a machine is out of service, it is fixed within a reasonable time. If you're looking for a personal trainer, they are certified and tailor a program for each individual person. Laura is my trainer, and because of her, I'm lifting more than I ever thought I could.Highly recommend this gym.

Best gym ive been too, started my weight loss journey here. I just want to thank the staff who are really helpful specially leon manning, such an amazing dude always helping me out and giving me tips always friendly has a smile on his face, literally solved every issues i had with my account, was really patient with me. I recommend this gym to everyone such a good place

to be honest i was quiet hesitant about the location and price but it was definitely worth it. there are bare baddies so the motivation factor and vibes are at an all time high. also shoutout leon manning for giving me tips on improving my form.

Good gym, staff is very informative and kind. Tyler and Leon did a great job of explaining how everything works at Crunch, I will definitely be returning to use the gym again! These two guys made the experience that much more comforting, as a person who doesn't like crowds and socializing. They made it very easy to want to come back!

I love going to the group classes at Crunch LaSalle!!! Julia who runs the Belly, Butt, and Thigh, and the ARM-ageddon classes is a total crusher - I love going to her classes. ?. I also try and go to as many of the yoga classes as I can because Rana is a legend and I’ve been going weekly for the past five months. She will change your life. ?♀️
