“I absolutely hate shopping for clothes but I have an event coming up which requires new ones. Came into the store thinking it was gonna be an awful experience but the complete opposite was true. For the first time in my life buying clothes was actually a pleasant experience all thanks to Heather who made things go smoothly and helped me find something I look and feel great wearing. Emad (hope I'm spelling that right) was also a huge help. Will definitely be shopping here in future. Oh yeah, the quality of the clothes is phenomenal too.”

“My favorite store at the mall! Staff are friendly and helpful. I was a newbie to Roots, so the staff went through their clothing and different sweats available. The fabric of the leisurewear is so soft and comfortable! Their sweatpants and shirts on the back wall of the store are staples that are always there for sale. Then the rest of the store rotates based on the season. I also love their gender neutral clothing and easy size guidelines that go along with it. Items are pricey but you are paying for the quality. Be sure to look through the clearance section, if you are trying to get a deal. The store has shoes, bags, kid/baby sections, along with women/men/gender neutral. A must store for being comfortable but stylish and also sustainably conscious.”
