Heads up - if anybody is seeking out an excellent consignment store, I went into Closet Cravings on Amy Croft Dr on Lakeshore. This store carries beautiful merchandise, beautifully setup store, and the staff is always extremely accommodating and friendly. This store is definitely worth checking out!

Lisa and her incredible staff make every shopping trip an amazing experience. Closet Cravings offers a wide selection of beautiful designer pieces from clothing (XS to XXL) to shoes to purses to jewelry. They have it all at fabulous prices! Not only is Lisa respected in the fashion community but her charitable works are a testament of how kind and compassionate she is as a person.

I had a fantastic experience at Closet Cravings Consignment Boutique. The store has a great selection of stylish clothing and accessories, all beautifully organized.
The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent advice and making my shopping experience enjoyable. I found several unique pieces that I absolutely love!
If you're looking for quality consignment items, I highly recommend checking out Closet Cravings. I can't wait to return for more shopping!

Always a good experience here. Staff are friendly and I’ve consigned many items including luxury goods and always get a good and very fair % back. They are trustworthy and I love that you can see online what’s available in case of last minute plans!

Hi there I'm a consignor at Closet Cravings and have been a shopper as well. Lisa, the owner is very informative and meticulous on what she sells within the store. She's always been there to answer any questions or provide me with information before I bring items in to sell.
The store is immaculate and packed with all kinds of current fashion both casual and upscale to suit all your fashion requirements. The pricepoints are very reasonable and as a thrift or preloved fashion shopper I am super impressed here.
If you have never shopped here or shopped preloved fashion, give the store a visit to pick up quality goods at a discounted price. Lisa and her staff will meet you with smiles and honest suggestions to help you find what you are looking ? ? for. HAPPY SHOPPING

Lisa and her staff are the BEST! They are friendly and make the process of selling some of my most loved items so easy. They make sure they thoroughly check all of the items quality and authenticity before buying to ensure they provide the best quality items to their clients. I was in CC last month, it’s the 2nd time I’ve visited here, and the very last
I’m amazed it’s still open to be honest
They may have some designer items, but clearly they look second hand, and if they weren’t name brands, they’d qualify for the Value Village bins
Then, add on top of this there is the rude staff, which I will be honest, this is a very diplomatic way of letting the public know the staff here cannot be bothered with clients they don’t know.
I will absolutely not shop here again, and highly recommend to either buy a great no name product or shop at Poshmark
CC’s products are as outdated as the staffs demeaning attitudes
