Honestly I have absolutely no idea at this point how this company continues to exist. In Canada the only thing that can't fail are big banks. I blame myself for continuing to do business with them. Avoid using banks at all at this point.

Waiting times are ridiculous. I had unauthorized charges on my credit card. I called the number on the back of the card. After 1h and 10 minutes on hold i hung up. CIBC has really no respect about the clients time.
