I've been with Chatr since 2019. I've never had a problem till today in the new location in Downtown Windsor. The workers didn't know anything, it's obvious that the need Training FOR BASIC INFORMATION WITH CHATR!I walked into the store today and it's filthy, discussed with the store and the staff. A customer was asking a question about the roaming chargers and the guy behind the desk was getting mad at him, swearing at him and told him he didn't know and to leave to store, while the other 3 employees were just standing there laughing. I stepped in and since I know alot about Chatr , I told the customer the information he was looking for and defused the situation. I went in for a new sim card and the cashier was trying to charge me more than $10 for the sim card. Employer please TRAIN your employees on information on your product and services. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. It's sad that a customer knows more about your store information than your workers.

FedEx attempted to deliver my phone, at my front door but I wasn't home. I give them a call and arranged to have them leave it here for me for pickup. It was there the following business day. Nice and simple customer service employee. I didn't see any problems with this place at all. I would go back there again.

Went there to drop off a FedEx package and the guy there was very friendly. Was in and out in less than 30 seconds.
