My bf bought a ring from you guys a couple months ago you guys where really rude to him before I came we asked for the ring and you guys had to make it bigger but the ring is discoloured on the part they added the claw is coming undone I don’t want the stone to come out we payed a lot of money for it but the service is really not the best I wish you guys could fix that but I probably wouldn’t recommend to buy from here unless the service gets better

Just left this location earlier today, and I’m very disappointed with the service I received. Would give them a zero star if possible. My sister and I who are in our early 20’s went in looking for gold rings and chains. We were dressed casually as we are on vacation with our family visiting from out of town . When we walked in and started browsing it look 5 minutes for anyone to even come up and ask if we needed help which is ridiculous considering there were 4 workers chatting away and my sister and I were the only customers in there. FINALLY one worker comes up and asks us what we’re looking for, the other workers stood behind the glass giving us dirty looks. The worker who did ask us what we were looking for turned to point in the direction in which things were located rather then showing us, then proceeded to join the other girls working in chit chatting and staring at us. By this point we were very uncomfortable but still we tried to browse the chains DIRECTLY in front of where the workers were standing and not one of them offered to let us take a look at any of them even tho we were CROUCHED down on the floor trying to see. I absolutely had it by that point and told them We would be going elsewhere as I’ve never had to beg for help at a jewellers before let alone be looked at like scum. Charmed should remind it’s employees never to judge people by there looks!! Just because we’re young and don’t look like we have money doesn’t mean that’s the case. We took our money else where and will never be shopping at charmed again!!!

The staff are all very helpful but I wanted to say Krishna's service skills really shine through. He helped me get some design ideas for a ring and explained so much to me. Really love the necklace I ended up purchasing. Keep up the good work, Krishna!

Wouldn't let me return my neckless after 2 days even those it specifically says 30 day return policy on the receipt... also they are 3 times more expensive then anywhere els. Stay away from there

Extremely disappointed by their service. We make sure before buying the ring that first sizing is not going to be included in their lifetime care package but they included it later. Manager is extremely rude and said it is mistakenly said by their employee, although not a policy of the company. They shouldn’t be making such a commitment in the first place, incase they can’t dare it to be fulfilled.
They offered me cleaning of my certified diamond ring, brought from another well known shop, perfectly fine for last five years, but the diamond fall from the ring within two days after cleaning. Seriously, doubt the chemicals they use for cleaning.

Had a horrible experience at this store. I was told that I could make an exchange by the assistant manager and when I came in the manager was there as well and completely shut me down. She was rude, unprofessional, clearly doesn’t stand behind her staff, unnecessarily harsh and lacked any sort of compassion. Such an upsetting ordeal! I feel bad for anyone who works or shops there when she’s present. I definitely will not be returning! Good luck to her staff!
That being said the company’s customer service was excellent when I called and explained the situation ♥️

Amazing staff. Manager is very unprofessional!! Yelled at a staff member for accidentally breaking a chain necklace. Was very unprofessional to yell at him infront of customers and children. I’ve had this older gentleman helped me in the past with my purchases and I know he has worked here for a while.After yelling at the gentleman the manager came over to “apologize” for her behaviour. This “apology” was her in my face so close I could feel her breath and throwing the broken necklaces at me on the counter, to prove that yelling at him was the best course of action. So very sad, had ruined my mood for the day. This should have been a private matter! Maybe have more staff on the floor so staff aren’t running around during the holiday season.

I ordered online from the Devonshire Mall in Ontario Canada a ring that was size 5. It was too big, went to the store itself, tried the ring sizer to make sure the finger is a size 5 which it was. They charged 70 CAD Plus tax to resize the ring to the size I ordered. Now that is customer service isn’t folks, you buy something from this retailer and they will charge you again when you go back to get what you paid for. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this retailer or any of the Charm Jewelry locations. Because when something is clearly their fault, they will charge you again to fix their mistake. It’s a terrible way to treat customers and certainly does not even guarantee they sold you the correct sized item.

My fiancée bought a chain here 1 year ago. Was lied to about the return policy by an employee. Forced to keep it and then was worn for 2 weeks and broke. They refused to fix it so we went elsewhere. Was worn again for 3 weeks and It broke IN A DIFFERENT SPOT. Bad store. Bad employees. Bad customer service. I’ve told many others. Good luck with your failing business.

christmas 2021 i was shopping for a gold chain. i had a decent budget and the salesperson kept showing me silver chains because apparently they didn’t want me spending money on the gold ? i was trying to be polite by telling them i wasn’t looking for silver so i didn’t want to buy anything. the sales person then said that it was on sale and to buy it in case it sold and worst case i can just return it if i change my mind. idk why but i bought it and went to return it the next week. the lady working said that they can’t return discounted jewelry, which i didn’t understand because on the receipt it said that rule applied to items over 13% off (i think that was the number). the discount was 10% so i didn’t understand the issue. i told her exactly what happened that that i was told to buy it and return it since i wasn’t 100% sure on it. she said i could exchange. so i found a gold chain out of the few options. this chain has broken two times now. they won’t repair for free because it’s not “faulty”. both times it broke from nothing, my boyfriend was wearing it and ut just fell off from snapped links. all that can be done to fix it is to weld it and it gets shorter every time (it was already a little too short because again, they didn’t have many options and i was stuck shopping there). very disappointed and taking it to a different place to be fixed
