I bought two 300$ toys funko pop it came in box squished broken I asked for label for replacement he was angry threatened to sue me ? I asked for shipping insurance for nothing don’t bother asking for insurance he doesn’t honor his policy

10/10 service and products! Everything I ordered is exactly as described, fair prices and amazing selection of retro and horror collectibles. The best store in the city. It's like a mini comic con mixed with awesome collectibles from many shows, movies and era's.100% a must. Join their club and get discounts and inside scoops on new products and etc.

If you love merchandise from Disney, Harry Potter, anime, and other fandoms then this is a must stop in Windsor. Best place to get merch and figurines in the city.

Got to the store a bit late unfortunately so I didn't have a lot of time to look around but what I did see was incredible! They have all kinds of varieties of merch for cartoons, shows and insane looking figures that cost a pretty penny but look well worth the money. I can't wait to visit again to see what more they have! :)

Nothing negative or constructive to say about this place. The pics and reviews speak for themselves. A lovely environment mixed with lovely staff makes for a great time for anyone!I went in on Monday to purchase a keychain and while I was browsing the store, the young gentleman at the front offered to help me look for the keychain I wanted.Definitely worth the visit!

I always have a great experience here. They have something for every kind of collector and kid at heart, and even a sizeable horror section. The customer service here is great, Joe and Brittany always take the time to give you a wonderful customer service experience. A great place to buy hard to find collectibles. The amount and diversity of items they have is mind blowing, from Lego to Hot Toys, Star Wars and Harry Potter to Marvel, DC and Anime. If you can't find it on Amazon, it's probably here. There is a slight downside, with such rare memorabilia, it comes at a high price, so prepare your wallet before you walk in.
