Hours are not as posted, staff has implied we are lying about picking up meds and when I've asked them to look again the meds are actually still there and haven't been picked up yet. Delivery to the wrong address and drivers got mad at me for their mistake. Used to love them and it went downhill fast unfortunately

Used to be amazing there was a clinic next door that is no longer available there. The hours are now as they feel and not as posted. When you call there is only 1 person Marion who knows what is going on there. I will ask for a week supply of an as needed med and many times they will give me the full thing. Deliveries I ask for after 3PM they will come at 10AM then get mad I am not there or on the wrong day. They hired new staff who have no idea what is going on. They used to be on top of everything and now sadly falling through the cracks. I have left and went to another pharmacy after being with them for multiple years it was sad but after getting my medication requests wrong and deliveries wrong I couldn’t do it anymore.

Staff are great. Hours posted online are off, they close one hour earlier than the listed time, in addition to already very limited hours. Wouldn't recommend unless you're retired and can visit during the workday.
