“My experience with Windsor Honda has been good. Let me share my experience from day one of me visiting the dealership. First visit I met Nancy, she's an excellent salesperson. Nancy was clear in explaining everything from the model of the vehicle and the financials. I went ahead and placed a deposit for a brand new CR-V Touring Hybrid.
My Second experience was with Rob from finance, Rob did a good job in assisting me with all the financial documents and making the process smooth, although he was pushy with getting me an optional warranty package, he was quite understanding when I declined. My third experience was with pre-delivery inspection, I am a little dissatisfied with the inspection team. Although they had checked off all the components on the sheet, there were a couple of visual defects on the paint which should have been made note of pre-delivery before me having to notify them. Cole Robbins was welcoming on the day of delivery and gave a brief tour of the infotainment system however, when I had issues with starting Honda Link after couple days of delivery, Cole was a limited resource to figure out the solution for me. I had to reach out to the service department for the paint correction which was not a smooth process initially, but thanks to Nancy, she arranged an appointment with the service team and also requested to provide a loaner vehicle for my convenience. Overall Its been a good experience with Windsor Honda. Shout out to Nancy for being the Best in the team in my opinion.”
“Needed a rental car. The company website was ridiculous both on prices and availability. So I called the location directly. The staff were great. They helped me find the right car for a reasonable price and it was all quick and easy. Dealing with the staff at this location was great. “Rented minivan from this location for 3 days. Picked it up near closing time and when arrived home, noted vehicle had not been cleaned. Tried to call location but was closed. Ended up spending 2-3 hours cleaning the vehicle myself…Contacted Enterprise via email over the weekend and manager responded promptly. Upon return of vehicle, manager compensated me for my efforts to my satisfaction and extended apologies. Would recommend and rent from them again in future.”
“I reserved a Ford Edge, got a Grand Cherokee (nice upgrade) for a long-weekend trip for 4 to Michigan, which went without a hitch. At the return I expected to take a taxi home, and as I was ordering, the clerk offered to give me a ride home (I remember the old Enterprise catch-prase). Great service, above and beyond!”

Always open and have never had issues with not having a car available.Other locations and agencies would not tell you your rental wasn’t available until you arrive.Care have been clean and easy to drop off. “Got rear ended at the end of August and I brought my car into Marcel’s for a quote. They were super accommodating and informative. Thankfully, it wasn’t structural and all cosmetic so I was able to get into car in within 2 weeks and fixed it up within a week. Make sure you have rental car coverage and they’ll supply you with a rental for the duration of the fix.
