Of the 3 CTs in Windsor this one is the best I think. Although I live closer to the Walker Rd. Store this location has never ripped me off the way the Walker store has. I'd choose this location all the time if I lived closer.

Such great service, the young gentleman at the desk was amazing he was such a great help he did all he can to assist me with the issue with my vehicle I forgot to get his name, as well as the gentleman named Steve he was also a great help. Their customer service is great ! The mechanics are also very nice and did a great job I didn’t have an appointment and they took my car in and had it done in a short time, it wasn’t a long wait. I highly recommend the auto service at Canadian Tire in the east end !

I am really impressed with the services they offer. My car battery was dead and I was keep visiting to the other service center for the replacement of battery and the cost was too high. I visit to this shop and meet NICK the young boy was really awesome, he helped me to understand the process of changing the battery, he encouraged me that I can do by myself. He helped me to find the right battery and also guide me the whole process. Without going to any car clinic I changed my car battery by myself and saved my money.
All credit goes to NICK. Must visit this store for any related help.. people working here are very generous... ? Thanks..

Seen similar 1 star reviews on their backpack "policy" yet today the retailers still thought it was a good day to harass me over my property and how I carry my purchased items. Apparently Canadian Tire thinks it ok to treat EVERYONE like petty criminals and statistics. Apparently Canadian Tire's loss prevention and management is too incompetent so they've charged the customer service section with making their customers surrender their belongings; wallet, phone, medications to retail workers. Three times I was stopped and publicly shamed for bringing my own bag. I bought it at Canadian Tire. I'm sorry to hear you think so lowly of your customers.
