Was there today and the two girls working (ones name was Rita and I'm assuming the other the manager) were being so rude. Rolling their eyes when asking for a size and commenting that we were in the way of other customers ... The store was empty so ??♀️??♀️ didn't end up as much stuff as planned because of their service

So I'm new to Canada and I looked around for winter boots that were water proof. After hours I discovered this place which has some of the best looking boots ever! Period! The quality comfort and they actually work. They have amazing collection and the shop staff is very friendly and will help you find your needful. Definitely be buying from here and highly recommend it

My daughter and I had shopped in the Windsor ON store on Sat Sept 5, 2020. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, both of the young ladies were very helpful, informative and exceptionally friendly. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again girls, you're awesome ?

The worst customer service I have seen in my life. It's 21st July 3 pm. Me my wife and mom was waiting outside the shop to get in. 3 person entry was allowed. That lady inside was watching us the whole time when it was time for us to go in she came up and said only 2 can go in even though was posted 3 people allowed and no one else was in the shop. And she replied my store my rules. So we left without buying anything.I hope the manager of this store or any responsible person of this store givd this lady some manners. I quit going in this shop now.

Very poor customer service experienced everytime. Staff does not acknowledge us when walking in or offer any assistance. Will not be back.
