Love the friendly and helpful staff! Their products are always lovely and I always seem to find just what I’m looking for! Absolutely LOVE these new pillows for our barrel chairs, perfect colour and size and the texture really adds to the style. Being on sale was a giant bonus!

Best place to find modern decor. Staff is extremely friendly. They always have a great music soundtrack playing. Have shopped at several Bouclair locations and they all have a great selection and have a similar atmosphere.

So thoroughly annoyed with the lack of communication through website ordering. And there is very little accountability when I questioned them about it. I will be very cautious proceeding with another online, if I do in the future.

Order my items online for store pick up. The estimate date is Dec 6, however until today (Dec16) the order is still in preparation. Tried to call their 1800 customer service hotline, I was told number 16, waited for 2.5 hours now on the phone, I am still number 5! This is not acceptable at all! How can such a big company only have 1 customer rep to answer call?

Unfortunately I will not be returning here. I purchased a display item a discounted price after having spent 20min in the store trying to arrange this. They told me they will take it down from display and I could pick up the item 1-2 days later. I then get a phone call the next day stating it is now longer a display item, I could not have it for the discounted price, and I would have to have it refunded or re-order and pay full price. So disappointing.

I have been shopping at Bouclair for years but due to their employees rudeness I will do my shopping elsewhere. Ordered 2 large coffee tables online during last lockdown, only option of delivery was curbside. Every store out there puts the merchandise in your car with curbside delivery. Not Bouclair. Salesperson left the boxes outside the store and went inside locking the door. Even though I knocked to get assistance in putting the large heavy boxes in the car, the 2 employees completely ignored me and turned their backs to the door to block me out of their sight. I understand its covid and you have to take precautions but use your common sense people. Its completely unacceptable to be treated with so much rudeness and complete disregard . Shame on you Bouclair for having such rude employees!
