The staff inside was friendly with knowledgeable people at the lumber desk. Customer service was fast and helpful, loaded up the truck full of drywall in just a few minutes. You can pick up materials right off stack instead of hauling through a store.

Personable service is a plus!!I had to special order a product and the process was seamless.Big enough store with everything you need when you don’t want to walk forever in the larger big box home improvement stores.Only one location in Windsor but I’ll be going out of my way to make this a regular store I shop at!

I went in this morning because the sign out front indicated that the garden soil was advertised for $2.59 a bag. The cashier charged me $3.99.I said the sign out front says 2.59.She said sorry that was last weeks price.The sign should have been changed when the sale ended. They did not honour the advertised price.

We've been doing a renovation at our house and have been going to BMR for all our construction materials. Every person we've dealt with has been pleasant and very helpful. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that appreciates the business and is more than willing to help.

I hope whoever laid this store out Got a good raise. Beautiful store. With the signage everything I wanted was easy to find on my own. Although I was asked by 3 different staff members if I need any help.I'll definitely go back even though it's quite a distance from me. Great Job *****
