A worker named Brittney was such a help! She was the only person willing to help me out with finding the right sized jeans. She went above and beyond. Definitely recommend asking her for advice for fitting into clothing here. Thank you Brittney! I will definitely come again.

I purchased a white shirt recently as a gift. When I got home and took it out, I saw what looked to be fake tan/makeup all over it. Mind you, when i picked it up, it didn’t have anything on it. I am also unable to go back to return it. If you are going to use self tan, you should NOT be handling clothing, especially a WHITE TOP.

Horrible service disorganize and dirty. Worst of all the most false advertising I have ever seen..signs plaster all over the front 50% off STORE WIDE not one thing was 50 % off and the staff had no explanation.Completely just a group of uneducated people.Shame on them for such lies and lack of awareness on proper customer service

Their Customer service is terrible I went there waited too long for one short so someone come and give it to me nothing happened then i went to cashier but no one was there to help either so I take the stick to grab it my self then an employee comes and the only thing she said was you have to learn some patient and then she walked away!!!Do not waste your time there!!! They don’t care about your time at all!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I went there with a pair of jeans I bought recently and the receipt, wishing to return them as they were defective and ripping. The district manager proceeded to gaslight me, claiming “We don’t sell those jeans. I’m the district manager and I know everything we sell here, so the conversation is over”. Apparently you don’t! Very rude staff. So many better clothing stores in the mall though!

Worst Customer Service. Racist Manager.I went to this store at about 7.35pm today Mar.23.2023. The girl there was working on the table and didn't greet us at first which I find quite unusual.When I touched the pants there, she rushed to me and said, dont flip the clothes, dont make a mess.I had only one pants there yet.I asked for her manager, she said she is the manager herself, I asked for someone higher which she refused to provide any information and asked us to leave.The owner should only hire someone who has some basic education atleast. Manager is a big rank and should only be provided to someone who is capable and has some education. If your manager is racist how come customers feel respectful.Touching a pant is flipping and messing?I asked her if she can provide the number for owner as I want to provide feedback- she clearly refused.I will never come to your store.

Out of all the places I've bought clothing, I find myself come back here often. You cannot beat the prices and deals that Bluenotes offers.
