The actual shoes are very good, but the customer service experience here leaves a lot to be desired. Probably not a good practice for the staff to constantly interrupt the clients when voicing their concerns.

One of the workers here (the manager, I think) was very rude when I came in today. Since there are only two customers allowed in store due to COVID-19, when it was my turn to enter the store, I asked if my mom could come in with me, and before I could even ask, the manager abruptly cut me off, with a "No, it says TWO customers allowed" and when I tried to ask if I could stand by the doorway to show my mom the shoes I tried on, he got very angry at me and told me that it would be a fire hazard, mumbling about how he didn't want to get fined.I understand that COVID-19 protocols need to be followed. I just found it incredibly rude that he raised his voice and didn't even let me finish my sentence when I tried to ask politely. Extremely disappointed.

A friend and her son's were visiting from out of town and her oldest son purchased a pair of shoes last Thursday. As of Saturday one of the tip of the shoes glue let go. Since I was there visiting on Sunday, I brought the shoes back and because I didn't have the original receipt they wouldn't give me a refund or an exchange. Disgusting customer service. Will never shop there!
