So disappointed in the service. I found what I wanted online, came in person and asked if they could help me find it. The lady said give us a minute, kept waiting no one came. Then I eventually chose to leave. As im leaving one girl just said oh sorry, with no real want to actually help. They have like 30 workers walking around but none who can help it seems.

FRAUD ALERT BEST BUY WINDSOR
Placed an order online. My card was flagged as a possible fraudulent purchase. I placed the order with Amazon instead. 6 hours later, Best Buy reattempted the sale, this time it went through. Obviously, I didn't need the item from them anymore as it was coming from somewhere else.
After making several calls to customer support, I was told that the charge would be taken off automatically if the item was not picked up after three days. -this never happened.
After yet another call to customer service, I was told that the item was picked up. We didn't pick it up. They either gave it away to someone else, or a store employee stole it. I thought they had to check an ID for a store pickup?
Do not order anything online from this store. Not happy.

I bought Apple airpods
I opened them but I didn't use them because I didn't like the the shape of them
so I went there to return the airpods
customer service told me we will not be able to return them and give you your money back but we can return them with a gift card
like what the hell this is ridiculous!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
they cannot return them and give me my money but they can return them and give me a gift card
they don't want to give me my money but they will give me a gift card so I can buy anything else with whatever I paid
0 customer service 0 manners
If there was an option of 0 Stars
I would not hesitate to give it

Filled out an online cell phone activation request 4 days ago - no follow up whatsoever. Best Buy says the local store would follow up within an hour, terrible customer service.
UPDATE - over 3 weeks later and still no one from Best Buy has called. Lazy lazy lazy… now I remember why I haven’t stepped foot in Best Buy in years.

Bought Ghost of Yotei here, the description sheet doesn’t match the game. The reason why this is important to me is that I will resale it on FB marketplace after I beat it.
And the customer service will not replace it for another one, the reason I got is “the plastic seal is tore off”, how am I supposed to know the description is not correct if I didn’t open it in the first place???? Will not buy any PS games there. Anyone read this post, please don’t let my mistake be yours.

I mean if I could leave a no star I could. Wasted 30 minutes of my time standing around. The little boy who was helping me looked completely lost while there 7 people behind the register talking laughing while we’re standing around. Then I decide we’re just gonna go and this girl I then asked for help said she’s not gonna waste her 20 minutes looking for something she doesn’t know. What a joke last time I go to this place that’s for sure.
