I loathe this company and the fact they are basically the only outfit in town. I go there when I have no other options. Getting help is a joke. But today they've infuriated me. I found a Samsung on sale ($500 off), on line. Of course, I quickly purchased it. Upon checking out, I changed my address. Yesterday they attempted to deliver to the old address and have returned it to sender. Today, calling them because of course there are none left, they refuse to honour the price from a purchase three days ago! Add to it the joy of the overseas call center! Best Buy, a JOKE!

The guys at this store are super helpful, especially vish, he greeted me , I asked him tons of questions and he answered all of them with a smile and helped me with a phone and plan, helped me understand which Carrier would be best for me , super nice guy , also wrote everything on paper and pen, I would recommend anyone who’s going to get a phone, talk with Vishweash Gurjar, would help you with everything.

This week I decided it was time for me to upgrade my phone considering I’m like 5 generations behind lol I went to bestbuy mobile in Devonshire and immediately was greeted and asked how I could be helped. It was a bit of a process of course but I was treated like a person and not just a customer. We went over what the plans would be and how much everything would come to for the phone I wanted. I was told to take however long I need to decide (mind you my mind was already made up at this point?). Once everything was confirmed and signed we had a couple laughs and my friend and I were on our way! Service was actually so great we ended up going back and my friend got the same phone but different colour! The gentleman that helped me today was Vishweash Gurjan (I hope I spelled it correct My receipt got wet)

A big thanks to Vish and his teammate Selwyn; these guys were absolutely amazing to us today. As last-minute customers, we received excellent customer service. They genuinely stayed an hour and 40 minutes beyond their scheduled shift end with patience. We really appreciate it!!

disappointed and worst experience I had today. waste my 1 hour in line. I waited 1 hour and after they asked before closing time that do you have question ?than they said we don’t have it 15 pro max. very slow service. they provide service only one girls in line and she was their friend. really frustrated. no body take initiative for help customer in line.?they should put notice for unavailable phone so nobody can wait in line.

Ordered a new Samsung S23 Plus from Best Buy Mobile in Devonshire Mall. They showed 2 in stock. I placed my order and got confirmation. I was going to pick it up and I received a message saying my order was cancelled due to shortages of inventory. I even called the store to make sure they had them. Won't be shopping there again. I ordered online and it will be delivered right to my door. They need to get there inventory in order and fix any errors.
