If you are looking for a trust worthy and dedicated auto shop, this is the place to go. They treat their clients like family and goes the extra mile just to help you. They will even look for different suppliers to find the cheapest but with quality parts for your vehicle. A lot of times they would even sacrifice their personal time working on vehicles even past their work hours or weekend because they know how difficult it is without car. You would see their shop flooded with cars because that's how their clients trust them so much. They are all very knowledgeable specially the owner who has a vast experience and certifications including working for BMW in their headquarters in Germany. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I have been a customer of Bavarian motors for over 10 years. The owner is amazing. He is honest and forthright with his assessments he tries his best for his customers. Was new to the area, got into a bind, and had to get my vehicle towed. Based on Google reviews I picked Bavarian, and I'm glad I did. The problem with my vehicle was rather convoluted, but Vanduc figured it out and did what he could to get me rolling again. He explained to me in great detail what the issues were, and I felt I was properly and honestly informed. Both Vanduc and his wife Hong (works at the desk) are wonderful people who care and have been in the area a long time. I think I found my go-to mechanic!

By far one of the best shops around in Ontario. Any negative reviews about them are fake, no question about it. The Owners are the nicest and friendliest people I have met in a long time. I don't write reviews but I believe this is about them.I have a VW Jetta and was told to bring my car here since they deal with German brands. They diagnosed my car for free, 3 separate times. The 1st time the owner, Van Duc, diagnosed my car for about 1.5 hrs and never charged me. Every other place charges anywhere from $75 to $125. Their prices are more than fair and are alot less than the dealerships or other specialty shops. They performed extra duties on my car and didnt charge me although i tried to pay. I have sent them and will continue to send them business. They are very knowledgeable and they DO NOT upsell you things you don't need. This is how you run a shop and retain and gain customers. Bavarian Auto is always busy, but they make accommodations to get your car in. I highly recommend to anyone with a German or otherwise vehicle to come here. THE MECHANIC KEPT MY CAR IN HIS CARAGE FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND MY CAR IS STILL TRHERE AND REFUSED TO FINISH THE REPAIR AND ALWAYS ASK FOR EXTRA TIME. HE PULLED OUT THE SEATS AND A LOT OF PART OF IT AND JUST LEFT IT LIKE THAT. I STOPPED BY MAYBE 20 TIMES AND EACH TIME HE JUST CAME UP WITH A NEW EXCUSE AND PROMISED TO FINISH THE REPAIRS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT HE NEVER HONORED HIS PROMIES. I DECIDED TO SUE HIM. I JUST FINISHED THE CLAIM.EVEN IF I HAD A LOT OF TIMES EXPLAINING THAT I NEED THE CAR AS SOOSN AS POSSIBLE TO SELL TO PAY MY DEBTS. HE JUST CONTINUE TO REPAIR THE OTHER CARS AND IGNORE MINE. I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY HE IS TREATING ME LIKE THAT BUT SOON HE WILL APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT AND WILL CLARIFY ALL THAT
