Kathy was super kind and helpful. I couldn't find my coupon in my email and she spoke to the cashier about honoring it nevertheless. That was such a nice gesture which made my day. Thanks Kathy!
Wide variety of products and scents to choose from. Store was well stocked. Checkout lines moved quickly.

One of the nicest store to shop. All the staff members go out of their way to help you find that something special. Every staff member are nice , friendly and kind. I have had some great laughs too. Thank you. So sorry I didn't write all your names down to thank you personally.

What a horrible experience I had in this establishment I travelled over 45 minutes away to come to the shop to buy a gift. I got greeted by Stacey, who was amazing then went to look at the products that she adviced was on sale. I want to try some different hand sanitizer smells,and then I went to wash them off as my head was reacting to one of them. My son also watched his hands next thing you know the lady was wearing black glasses came in and approached my son and said well I should say yelled at him to stop washing his hands and he’s using way too much soap as I was there. Supervising my child as they are giving a sink for self-serve used to wash off the different sense I didn’t think it would be an issue, but according to her, he use too much hand soap and he was wasting it, an utterly disgusting thing to say to a child and then approach his face when he’s only a little boy. I will not be going back to this bath and body Works ever again and I’m calling head
office to let them know that their staff member was yelling at a child in his face horrible service. Don’t shop here.

I love this place it's one of my favorite stores at the mall there are so many many cool bath ? products like one I bought at my last visit was a scented hand gel and it smells so good ?

Place has a lot of varieties in candles, fragrance and body care stuff. Friendly staff they're happy to assist you. Naila was friendly and helped me throughout.
