Personable and knowledgeable. This location has many options for your health. I love that I can browse all the different vitamin offerings and wellness products. Staff here are fantastic!

A pharmacy is a pharmacy however I’m not a fan or the customer service myself. Extremely short and have lots of attitude. Not all of the workers but most.

I switched to this pharmacy a few years back due to proximity to my Dr’s new location. My experience was satisfactory until this incident.Today when I called the pharmacy for a refill, I noticed my Dr had changed my prescription due to an insurance issue.I asked for TWO additional tablets until my appointment with my Dr. later in the week, and to my disbelief the pharmacist refused that.In similar situations, my previous pharmacists would have always given me a few days of supply until my next appointment. Even though I have been a patient at this pharmacy for years, I was treated like a random person. It is one thing to provide services in normal circumstances, yet another thing to leave patients hanging in critical situations.I feel extremely disappointed by their attitude and will be going back to my previous pharmacy.

Amazing service from the moment you walk into the building. My mother had to go in at the walk in clinic, twice in one week, and was met by the nicest ladies at the counter. We were swiftly brought into a waiting room and was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes, both times. Both the doctors we saw, Dr. McLean and Dr. Siyan, were extremely polite and efficient. The location is perfect for us, since we live 2 minutes away.We will continue going there! Thank you for being so courteous to both my mother and I!

Being that my physician established his own practice in the plaza, I decided to switch my pharmacy for all my needs to Banwell Pharmacy and glad I did. Everyone there is polite, courteous, friendly and helpful.

Great service. The manager called me in regards to a 3 star rating. It was do e in error . Who does that now days? I thought that kind of customer service died in the late 90s I stand corrected. Great service all around.

Staff is nice. Their way of dealing with the public is wrong. Parking is super close. Maybe a foot or less between each car. Shocking close. Prices are high, like most pharmacy stores. Being a loyal customer I still have to make an extra trip to pay first for my prescription. So two trips when other places, it can be one trip. This store has a feeling of "I don't need your business but you need us" around it, to be fair 90% of pharmacy act like this. I'm always looking for a close by compound pharmacy that I can switch to!

Firstly, none of the staff wore a mask. One would expect that a health care facility that also sells wellness products like natural remedies would want to protect themselves and clients. It makes you think they don't believe the science about COVID and viral spread, they'd rather trust herbs and unproven healing method's. Another possibility, which I hope is not the reason, is that they want people to catch COVID so they can sell more products.Secondly, they refuse to submit the prescription cost to my drug plan leaving it to me to do so.Thirdly, I had a simple question and they made me wait 10 or 15 minutes for a pharmacist to give me a simple yes or no answer. The pharmacist walked past me 4 times without stopping to answer my query.Finally, none of them were friendly.I'm not crazy about Shoppers, but their staff are masked, they try to serve you quickly and they are helpful and friendly.The only reason I will go back to Banwell is they make up prescription creams there and no one else does it.Oh yeah, their products are overpriced too. I've been there three times and have felt unwelcome and unappreciated each time.

Banwell Pharmacy is amazing! They truly care and the staff are wonderful!!! I would highly highly recommend to anyone (and I have lol)! Sue the compounding pharmacist is so knowledgeable and caring! ❤️
