I’ve been demanding that they pay for my fine gold necklace that they ruined by dropping gold testing acid all over when it reacts with the alloy in real karat gold and they foolishly ignore me still haven’t paid for it and ignorantly disregard the “break it, you buy it” rule everyone knows of and goes by. Horrible customer experience and just a bad environment, a waste of time. Pretty bad they make you feel so uncomfortable and helpless when they destroy your belongings.
