I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in answering questions. The store itself felt disorganized and cluttered making it hard to browse. Overall the atmosphere was unwelcoming and I left feeling like I wasted my time. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fair deals or decent service.

I came in with a friend of mine who regularly pawns things here. The 3 females behind the counter we’re literally laughing at my friend. I felt bad cuz my friend has a lot of things in pawn here but made note to never use this place when needing some quick cash.

I went in just browsing, Tristyn immediately offered to help with anything I needed. She was polite and very patient. The entire staff was kind and courteous. Definitely will be going back.

My boyfriend and I went in to look around last week and were pleasantly surprised with how nice and knowledgeable the staff was. Everything was fairly priced as well. Will definitely be back in the future.

I don't know what happened to this store. I went in the other day, which is going to be the last time. I used to be able to talk to the people there without them giving me attitude about the type of items I bring in. Whoever the girl was helping me made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt very judged. I have never felt this way when I walked into the store and I was a long time customer. When I asked what happened to familiar faces she just turned her back on me.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but the two girls (a blonde & short girl) were always my favorite to deal with. I would be able to point out one or two pieces of jewelry than just go with the flow and styles I was interested in. They were always so nice and helpful. I went in to see if anything new has come out - I was disappointed to not see them or anyone I normally do. No one even welcomed me into the store.

Dont know what happened to all the old workers that used to work here they were a lovely crew.. Energy feels super different in there now with this new crew not a fan !!!!!

I have been looking for the DnD cleric cards and couldn't find them anywhere! I found them at Avenue and they were 20% off too!

Worst pawnshop in Ontario very dirty people trying to rob are own citizens they want to give you 5$ dollars and sell for 100$ dollars never seen this kind of behaviour before this people should be ashamed of themselves I will advise everyone do not go here you will regret 100 percent….
