“Got rear ended at the end of August and I brought my car into Marcel’s for a quote. They were super accommodating and informative. Thankfully, it wasn’t structural and all cosmetic so I was able to get into car in within 2 weeks and fixed it up within a week. Make sure you have rental car coverage and they’ll supply you with a rental for the duration of the fix.

When my car broke down in my driveway, he DROVE to my house to jump start my car for me and drive it to his shop. “I had to change a couple parts for my car wheels.
I had to do over 2K km and after coming back from my trip everything went smoth after the repairs.
Pepole working there were verry friendly and did honest good work. Fast and the price is by far the best. They don't try to rip you off.

Brought my SUV in for making loud scraping noises when turning, they did my front breaks & rotors and were very honest and told me that my back ones were good for another few months and didn’t try to talk me into getting them done right then and there too.. fast forward a few months, just had my back ones done with them. They back up their work & will make sure you are 100% satisfied.

They will even look for different suppliers to find the cheapest but with quality parts for your vehicle. A lot of times they would even sacrifice their personal time working on vehicles even past their work hours or weekend because they know how difficult it is without car. You would see their shop flooded with cars because that's how their clients trust them so much. “I asked on a local facebook page for a good mechanic and Justin's name came up more than any others, so I made an appointment to have a front end clunking sound investigated on my Toyota Rav4.
Despite an extensive review of the front end, even when I was sure that is where the issue was, they found no issues. Instead, they found that my rear drive shaft had a loose u-joint and that that was the likely cause of a secondary issue regarding a vibration I had mentioned.
I received a quote and set an appointment for two weeks later. I arrived, dropped off the car and walked up to Tim Horton's. After about an hour I got a call about a glitch. The part came off but a bolt broke. Justin told me of a couple of options I had and we decided on a course of action. I appreciated the call, had he not told me, I would be none the wiser.
I picked up the car about another hour later. The quote was not changed despite the extra and unexpected work to address the issue. I drove off and the car felt good. There was no vibration AND no front end clunk. I'd have given 5 stars for that alone, but a day or two later I got a text message asking me how the car was and if I was happy. What mechanic does that? That was a refreshing first for me.
So, no lying about a bad front end part even though I was already convinced, no hiding the broken bolt or the options to deal with it properly, and no nickle and diming for the extra time.
Unrelated to the quality of the work, the shop is clean and has cool old automotive artifacts amongst other antiques. I'll be back. Thanks guys.”

“I had something wrong with my car one night with what I thought for sure was the transmission, this would have costed me thousands. I towed it with CAA over to Motorgate Auto have it checked out, anticipating the worst, and it actually turned out to be something very simple. Muhammad even fixed it by the next day! Most mechanics probably would have taken advantage of me.. especially as a new driver.. but not this one! This is the most honest mechanic you will ever come across! I can say this with 100% certainty having gone with people to other places for their cars and seeing everything they went through. But I am honestly so grateful to have been recommended this one since both of my experiences here for a safety check, and this issue recently have been very pleasant and amazing! “I took my VW Golf TDI in, to a few different places to solve a low power issue. After spending more money than I'd like to say, the issue was still not resolved. I called Heinz Garage, took it in and within 10 minutes of looking at the car and a short test drive they found the issue. I highly recommend making Heinz your go to VW mechanic.”
