I had good experience with hunter. He is a very personable and honest salesperson. However the reason I gave 2 starts is because of my previous experience with Ashley manager. I bought a $6000 corner for the basement . The sales person then was very bushy and made me buy a warrantee. Then within a year of the purchase the fabric started getting fuzzy . I called the number for the Warrantee which took me a while to get a hold of. Finally they asked for photos and never responded back to me . I waited for several weeks then I called them and I was told this is not under warranted. I was frustrated that they did not even have the courtesy to call me instead of me waiting for several weeks to call them myself just to tell me this I’m not under warranted. Then I went to Ashley store in Windsor where I bought the cough I was dismissed by the manager and was told she cant help me and have to deal the warrantee department. Since then I decided not to buy a warrantee from Ashley as they only pressure you to buy the warrantee but do not honor it .

The experience with Ashley furniture has been amazing. With being updated easily and accurately and being able to track where the delivery is wonderful. Never had that before where you could see where the delivery was so if I had to run out I still could without missing the delivery. Also the gentleman that brought out new furniture were very careful and nice.

Fantastic Experience with Ashley Furniture

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Raj, our sales professional, was amazing to work with! He found exactly what we were looking for and took the time to explain the inner workings of the sofa, making the whole shopping experience fun and informative.
The Ashley automated system was also a huge help. They sent us a video to prepare for the delivery and kept us updated with texts on the day of delivery, which was incredibly helpful while we were in the middle of a move.
I also want to give a big shout-out to the delivery team, Abdi and Ali, who were fantastic. They carefully and graciously delivered the sofa and loveseat to my small condo townhome, and it was definitely worth opting for the white-glove service. They set everything up perfectly and removed all the extensive packaging, saving me a ton of hassle.
The delivery guys were professional yet personable, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. They even took special care around my white sheers as they maneuvered the large sofa into place, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, the whole experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Great service from start to finish!

It was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted right away and offered water by a young man named Hunter and we continued on looking around and we were not bothered. We did end up finding something and the young man Hunter even flipped the couch upside down to show us how it’s mechanically made differently and gave us other options and somebody helped him explain I just did not get his name up buying the whole set and it was very fast and very easy and I would definitely do it again Big thanks to Hunter for being very professional and kind and he knew a lot of stuff. We were very impressed.

Just finished tightening all of the legs on the 6 dining room chairs that came with our dining set. Again. This is the third time I have had to do this in less than 3 years. Doesn't even get used every day. Paid $3000 for the set. Chairs are horrible quality. Table is nice. Sales people were lovely.

We have been customers at Ashley for a long time and have been recommending them to our friends and family. This review was for our last purchase a couple of months back, where we gave them 4 stars. Since then, we have had issues with their delivery service and their sales staff, who failed to address our concerns. Hence, the downgrade of the review to 2 stars.
Summary of our issues:
1) Their mattresses are way overpriced, so the sales staff will go into overdrive to make the sale. Make sure that you are not bull dozed to buy and also understand the implications and terms of the sale agreement. Our main problem was with the sales staff who no longer wanted to deal with us because they were too busy selling to other "new" customers. So they wanted us to call their toll-free 800 number with our questions. But I do not want to call an 800 number after spending thousands of dollars on a purchase and insisted on speaking with the salesman, who then gave us a hard time. We reported this to upper management, who failed to address these issues.
2) Their delivery service crew were requested to remove their shoes before entering the house. They used to respect such requests in the past but not any more. Why does management not provide their staff with slip-on shoe covers? Apparently, "the company is too cheap to spend money on such things," according to the delivery crew.
At the end of the day, in spite of spending thousands of dollars for the purchase of a mattress and a living room furniture set, I remain a disgruntled, dissatisfied customer.
