Honestly, I give this store a bit of a pass because it has options that are cheap and trendy that still fit someone like me, who is around 200 pounds. Could some of the staff be nicer? Yes. Could the clothing be of better quality? Sure, but the price reflects the quality. Anyway, it's fun to stop in once in a while to look around but it's not where I get all of my clothes by any means.

We were really disappointed today from one of the staff in this store while we tried to return the slippers shown in the pictures we bought yesterday. We talked very politely to her and just explained why we wanted to return the item, but she started getting very mad and said “Im going to have to tell you to leave.” She was talking to us impolitely and angrily. The product is very bad quality because we bought it yesterday and only used it in the house for a couple of hours and then we saw it was ripped. We decided not to buy anything from this store again.

My 16 year old daughter and her best friend went into the store at Tecumseh Mall on Friday September 23rd to shop. The pair are girly girls and were excited to get dressed up and go shopping together. They had just gotten paid from their job that they work together at.They work as often as possible because they are amazing young ladies who are proud to make and spend their hard earned money on whatever they like. Nothing is handed to these two girls so they know they need to work to earn money to buy what they like. They were watched by every employee in the store as soon as they walked in....including the security guard they called in as well. The workers took turns following the girls around and stared as they picked up every little thing. They treated them very poorly and made it extremely clear that they werent trusted. When they went to try on clothes, one of the workers shook out her best friends clothes as if she was checking to see if anything fell out of her pockets. Her bestie is black and felt she was a target of racial ignorance. It makes me so incredibly mad that this kind of ignorance still happens. The store made them feel like criminals when all they wanted to do was spend their money. I understand workers need to watch for shop lifters, but maybe make it more discret and less obvious. Maybe try treating young people that they are customers just like adults. I will never support this store again. Absolutely disgraceful.

Waited almost a month for my order - beautiful white sweater has a noticeable PULL in the front, boots don't fit. Now I see they deduct $5 to return? Trying to get hold of the store at Tecumseh Mall in Windsor to see if they are open for returns. I have ordered before with NO issue and happy, but this time not very happy. Will write a more encouraging review if I find the return process to be convenient and fair. I was more than taken care of by a customer service rep who was very understanding - I will be refunded and no issues - I'm about to send the package to them today.

The selection in this store is versatile, clothes, shoes, jewelry, nail polish, tiaras, hair pieces, wedding jewelry. If you are just browsing it can take you up to an hour or so in this store. But be aware there is very little for curvy, voluptuous women, I think the biggest size is XL extra large.

Customer service could be much better. Employees are rude. Prices are good for most items, but I'd rather pay a little extra elsewhere and be treated with decency than pay less and deal with the rude individuals who work here. They get an attitude when they are asked for help finding something in their store and I also heard the girls behind the counter making fun of another customers weight and clothing. That's unprofessional and indecent. Manners and common decency are definitely not attributes of the people who work here.
