I recently had a scenario where I *may* have forgot to order a printer replacement for our customs department. I was asked Monday morning - what the status was with the replacement printer. I *may* have pushed blame onto the ABS team by saying that I have not heard back yet - but in all honestly - I forgot to contact them. I quickly sent Jennifer K an email requesting a printer that she listed after just recently completing a printer assessment\analysis. We went with the Lexmark M1246. Because of the leg work that was already put in by Jennifer - the purchase decision was quick and easy. Later on that afternoon I received a call from Nicole and the printer was ready to be delivered. All-in-all, the whole process took approx 4hrs. Jennifer and the team at Advanced Business Solutions are top-notch. Great service, great staff, and great products. I highly recommend this company and team, on all aspects of your business needs. Both Jennifer & Nicole saved me on this one.! Thanks for everything, and great Job.!

You will find excellent service at Advance. I had met with the sales manager about potential service and the advice alone was worth the time. They will assess what you actually need and keep the recommendations within reason. Not to mention whenever I call the phone is ALWAYS answered.

We prefer dealing with local businesses whenever we can, so being able to depend on Advance Business Systems for everything from specialised printer ink, to unusual paper has been a bonus for us. We recently purchased a page-wide printer from them and their staff was extremely focused on making sure we got exactly what our company requires. They didn't try to up-sell, they provided facts, made recommendations and have been immediate in their responses to service or configuration issues.

Extremely helpful! If we need any business related purchases I always check with Advance Business first! They have everything.We do a lot of production printing in-house, and as everyone can attest things can be very last minute - Advanced does their best to try to accommodate all my requests in a timely manner.
