I witnessed a disturbing incident at the 7-Eleven branch where a worker attempted to intimidate a 14-year-old Muslim boy, a Grade 9 student at Kennedy High School. The boy was simply trying to pay for his sister and her friend's Slurpees when the worker rudely refused his payment and aggressively asked him to step outside. And continue to say “ teach me teach me “ “ meet me outside “It is appalling that a supposedly mature adult would stoop so low as to provoke a child in such a manner. Despite the boy's composed behavior, the worker resorted to swearing. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the boy receives the justice he deserves. I will not be returning to this 7-Eleven branch after witnessing such appalling conduct.

Horrible customer service. When their pumps mess up and take your money they will not help. They will make faces and fun of the issue you’re having and throw receipts. I do not recommend nor after 30 years of going there will never return

I have a deep love of diet coke, so I went to get a Super Big Gulp. The machine was out of diet coke, so I asked 2 employees to please refill the machine and they told me to just pick a different pop. I left, pretty disappointed with no pop.

The cashier tried to steal from me.I gave him $60 cash and he did not give me a receipt.I went to fill my car and the meter is on $40.When I told him, he was furious and tried to convince me that the number is correct but I said no.I told me to reset me order and Then I moved my car to the next meter to fill it up.Shame on you, stealing from costumers.

Avoid!! This store GREATLY deflates their diesel prices on the Gas Buddy app to attract customers. I drove across the whole city only to find out the price was 40¢ more per litre. What a shady business practice and a slap in the face of people who are paying RIDICULOUS prices for diesel.
