7-Eleven never failed me yet, when it came to serving hot bites, and my beverage selection I liked. As well, for a quick snack, while traveling on campus to my various classes.

One of the seating lady employee is very rude and doesn't know how to talk customers. Third class customer service. Not recommended this place at all.

Air pump not functioning properly neither the guage, instead filling the air, their system took off the air from tires. Carefull!!

Convenient location on a busy street. Selection of to-go items was good and the fuel pumps were fast, but the employee seemed to have trouble setting the pumps to work properly. Weirdly, you had to select the grade of gas you wanted before you pumped.

I’ve always been a regular at 7-Eleven, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I walked in to grab a quick snack, and when I asked the employee for help with a service, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude.
Instead of a simple “sure” or even a polite response, she gave me an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. When I asked for assistance again, she responded in a sarcastic tone as if I was asking for something unreasonable. It's not hard to be polite, especially when you're in a customer service job. I was taken aback by her lack of professionalism and courtesy.
It's really disappointing when employees act like this, especially when you’re just trying to make a purchase and go about your day. This experience definitely soured my view of 7-Eleven, and I won’t be returning to this store again anytime soon.
I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff.

I know is the not greatest part of town but that tone of voice is not necessary
I think 711 should train cashier again and a better attitude towards customer

Visited a 7-Eleven yesterday for coffee, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff was rude and lacked basic manners. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
