charged me $90 for a face ear paw and backside cut but also processed to cut her hair all over when that isn’t what i asked for. even then the cut still isn’t good and the grooming area smelled pretty bad, she also kept yelling at my pup and calling her a brat which is really unprofessional.

They have behaved very rudely and I do not recommend buying from this store at all. They have very poor customer service. I will never buy from them and I say again that I do not recommend this store at all.

I was here the other day and had such a great experience! The guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind, he answered my many questions and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me in choosing the right food for my cat. It's not everyday you get customer service like that anymore, highly recommend this location as the staff are awesome!!

Tonight I encountered unprecedented humiliation and discrimination in this store. As a pet valu customer for seven years, I cannot accept that such a phenomenon occurs in a pet supply store that is based on love, kindness and patience. An employee named George suspected me of stealing without any reason and asked me to show my coat pocket. Afterwards I asked for his name so I could report it to the manager and he even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I agreed, and I also hoped that the police could come over to protect my rights. But after I agreed, he gave up calling the police, which was extremely ridiculous and shameful. Yes, he apologized in the end, but it seemed to be just to minimize the impact and not sincerely. I read other reviews that the staff are friendly and professional? Are you serious? Or does this employee only target minorities? I have no idea.Horrible experience, I will not allow myself to be treated like this in such an equal and friendly country. I will further use the law to protect my reputation and rights.

Helpful staff, good deals on guinea pig supplies. I bought the wrong product by my mistake and it was very easy and quick to exchange it.

Tyler at the Bayview Village Petvalu provided remarkable customer service. He went above and beyond providing his expertise regarding pet food. It was near closing when I went and he was incredibly patient and thorough. Patvalu is so lucky to have such a great employee like Tyler. Thanks Tyler for all your help!
