I bought something yesterday with regular price. But today I found out that it is on sale on GAP website. Then I came to the store and tried to do the price adjustment. Every employee provided excellent customer service in this location EXCEPT the senior female employee who was 5.7 feet tall with black long hair and black frame glasses. She didn't treat me as a customer. I just want to do the price adjustment or I am fine if I need to return it and repurchase it. I already read the return/exchange policy before I came to the store. But she thought I don't understand policy. She was so rude to the Asian lady at the front of my line as well because that poor Asian lady was not good at English. I understand everyone will have a BAD day. But If you don't want to work today then just call sick and stay home. But you shouldn't bring your bad emotions/attitude to work!!!!

I was shopping at the GAP @ Bayview Village early this afternoon. I wanted to acknowledge the very kind and helpful assistance I received from a young staff member. Regretfully, I did not ask her name. Young, dark hair, slight accent, perhaps Korean. I was buying for 4 young grand-nieces/nephews and she helped me to organize attractive (and reasonably-priced) mix & match outfits for all. I am not an avid shopper--this young lady made the whole experience so much easier.

Visited about 2 weeks ago to get my twin baby girls clothes exchanged because these were gift but too big. I appreciate a young Korean lady staff for her kindness and great help she gave to us. Thank you!

Store seems to not have many product and i hope they not closing.The young lady in baby area is much helpful and give me great customer service. I go in the evening because she always there and make customer feel welcome in the store.
