EXCEPTIONAL STAFF and SERVICE!!! The manager Andru and sales associate Tamika, (I hope I got your name correct) were MOST HELPFUL in acquiring items for me through their warehouse that I wasn’t able to get on the website. The sales associate also advised me I qualified for price adjustments as things were on now on sale since I ordered them online. Adjustments were made at the Fairview store and I saved a lot of money! This information was NOT forthcoming from customer service reps on the website, only very poor service and rude people on the phone whenever I contacted them. I won’t be shopping on the website any longer, I will drive out of my way to the Fairview Mall store for their exceptional service in their clean, organized and very well maintained store. Thank you for exceptional customer service!

Went to the store again this morning, stephanie (another associate) was amazing found the items i was looking for yesterday and the right sizes too.
The associate with glasses, took the clothes i found to try, from me, to get the trial room ready and lost the clothes. She said will find it for me and i waited for 15 mins in trial room. Instead of finding the clothes, went on a break and never came back. They din’t have the size i had chosen any more, so i couldn’t find any other pieces either.

A lot smaller than the Yorkdale location but still had all the clothing sizes from XS to XL on the t shirts. Super organized. Friendliest and most helpful staff. Randy the manager is the most accommodating!

Store is super organized and the change rooms have great lighting and tons of space. Staff are very helpful especially with getting you sizes (store manager Megan helped me). Overall great experience and the clothing quality is top notch!
