“I’m new to the whole Eddie Bauer scene, but the sales at this store are pretty pretty good.I’m trying to get into hiking and I found a super lightweight backpack, and some pretty decent shorts and capris with pockets that can actually fit my phone, that didn’t cost $130…well I mean they did cost roughly that much but not during their 50% off sale.Got a rain coat ? too, because for some reason every time I attempt to go on a hike it starts raining ☔️, so now, no excuses!Impressed with the return from policy and I appreciate it, because I’m quite indecisive when it comes to purchasing clothing.”

“I had such an amazing boutique . I’m writing this review a little late because I came over a month ago but the service was exceptional . She has a great eye for detail with the beautiful rose appliqué tights and my daughter loved her little dress shoes . The dress was gorgeous and although I was running late she did not rush me at all! My daughter wanted to try on dress after dress back and forth and she was so patient with both of us although we came so close to closing . As promised I’ll be. “My daughter turned me on to UNIQLO. I had never considered the store because of my size. I was able to find the ultra warm long sleeve shirts, which were normally 39.99 but were on sale at 29.99 a few weeks ago, so I bought three, grey, black, and dark green.I like the checkout process, I just drop the items into a bin one at a time, and the items are registered.My only issue is the charge for a paper bag. I get if there was a charge for plastic but paper! The bag also has cord handles that dig into your hand when the bag is weighed down.All in all, it was a great experience. We are just waiting for the location to open at Fareview to open.”

Recently a backpack I bought for my daughter had a clasp break just 4-5mo after purchase and I have to say, the customer service experience was exceptional. This includes personal text message communication and various efforts to resolve the issue that smoothly led to the owner providing a brand new replacement backpack, which is simultaneously warranted and also a lot! I feel like customer service has really declined in the retail world and this experience and the overall quality of goods from this store are really high and these good reviews well deserved!
