Late review. Stayed there a year ago. Such a good motel at a great location. If you are travelling on Trans Canada, this is the place you want to stay. Very understanding staff, we got late and reached almost at midnight. They made sure to make arrangements for us to arrive and we had a pleasant stay. Clean rooms! Highly recommended.

I would not stay anywhere else when visiting White River. The absolutely best staff ever! The rooms are super clean and the beds are just the correct level of softness/firmness.

Worst sleep ever. Bed and pillows are horrible. Also walls and ceiling are paper thin.Can someone please explain to me what people are doing walking around all night long in there small rooms. I have been trying to figure that out for years.

These rooms were the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. Beds were new and comfy and, the water pressure was great. I was happily surprised after a very long day of driving. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place to rest up for the night!

Loved this place. It is a bit rustic but that made it all the more enjoyable. The guy who owned this place was extremely helpful and friendly. They are working on updating but please don't let this stop from booking. This place is a hidden gem ???????Rooms: Rustic but comfortableSafety: ExtremelyNoteworthy details: This motel has a beautiful setting with its own lake and pleasant walks. Even has it's own jetty for your canoe ?

The room was huge and a cot was ready to go in the room, but the room was filled with mosquitoes. Maybe cleaners leave the doors open while cleaning? I also needed access to a dryer but it wasn't available after 8pm.

Rooms are hit and miss, the bottom floor has no AC so if you're booking in and need AC make sure you ask to be on the second floor otherwise rooms are clean and modernized just a bit warm for the bottom

The room was very clean, and the beds were new. The customer service was excellent, and despite a last-minute change to my work schedule, they were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone working in the White River area.

The power went down in the morning so no wifi, no air conditioning, showering in the dark (thankfully hot water still worked). The price was about $133 (plus taxes) but they only offered a $20 refund. Sink and bathroom were unclean upon arrival. Smelled of a strong scented product.

Heard some negative stories about this place from trusted locals, was not able to get a refund for cancellation when I switched to the other motel in town, not worth the risk and manager wasn’t very understanding
