These people do a great job, we were all very pleased. Their prices are very reasonable. my advice to the people who left bad reviews due to pricing and language barriers, sounds like silly people to me. in order to avoid this, simply ask from the very beginning what the cost will be, if you’re not happy with the price, try asking NICELY if they would consider whatever price you have in your mind. if they don’t give you the answer you’re looking for, just move on to another dry cleaners. so petty and unnecessary to leave a silly bad review for miscommunication that started on the customers part. If a few dollars here and there can make or break you, It might be a good idea to avoid buying clothing that requires dry cleaning. Anyway, I do appreciate the hard work and pride they put Into their work, and I understand that it’s their right to charge whatever they think is fair. I will be returning to this place for future dry cleaning work.

Always satisfied with the service. They open right on at 8 am so it’s nice to get stuff in and out early.

If I could them more stars I would. I forgot to pick up my dry cleaning Saturday before they closed and somehow with the help of the Stouffville Facebook community was able to get in touch with the owner and he opened up just for me to be able to get my clothes in time for my sister’s reception. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend them.

Consumers BEWARE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I brought in a dress shirt to be cleaned and when it was returned there was staining on the front and back of the shirt. I promptly took it back and was told by the “cleaner” that the stains were already there and he then proceeded to point to a poster on the wall stating that the cleaning can make “invisible stains” show up. This shirt had been cleaned by them many many times and never had any type of staining.I asked him to check his records to show that we’ve brought in this shirt before and he refused and stated “I’m the cleaner”. The last time we used this cleaner they gave us the wrong suit and when we went back they hadn’t cleaned our suit and we had to wait for them to figure out what happened and to clean it with no compensation offered but we thought it was a one off! Not only are they overpriced they do not care about their clientele nor do they take any responsibility when a mistake or damage happens. We will never return and will use a different cleaner in Stouffville.

DO NOT come here. They literally lost a 2 piece suit of mine. Cannot find the suit, not being very helpful in resolving this at all.

First of all, the owners don't speak english, so it's impossible to make any sort of special request or describe what you want. And NEVER get alterations done here, the lady clearly can't sew. A week after she hemmed my pants, the stitches fell out of both legs. She redid them. 2 weeks later, the stitches on one leg came down. She insulted me by saying that next time she would charge me again! I guess they expect you to pay for her incompetence. And their prices are absolutely ridiculous - $4 for a shirt!Service: Alterations

Outrageous pricing! 2 dress shirts 2 knit blouses and a silk blouse he charged me 70$ !!! . Robbery!! I work hard for my money to provide for my kids . He just took bread off of my table. I'm beyond upset.

My wife went into get some pants hemmed. Very simple instructions. Take one inch up from the bottom. But they didn't do it evenly. Not even close. And rather than try to correct their mistake they argued with her. Very silly behaviour on their part. Can't say I understand why they would want a bad review.

Brought in a dressing had worn once and they ruined it and told me it was the store I bought it's from fault. Did not offer to give me money for the dress or even a refund for the cleaning. Worst customer service do not recommend.
