won't be coming back here again, shell is for best gas for sure but the attendant was rather annoying. Never have I been told I wasn't allowed to fill up while sitting on my motorcycle. very stupid

It has eight pumps, two are diesel. Small convenience store with the usuals and a few extras. It has a slushie machine and a hot food counter with hotdogs and taquitos. Inside, there is a BMO ATM and an Amazon locker. They also sell ice, propane, and firewood. The staff are nice.

I hope the owner will look into this review seriously. It is for an incident happened on May 25, 2023 at about 9pm. I went inside the store to pay for gas and to redeem a LottoMax Freeplay ticket. The only cashier on duty at that time erroneously printed the free ticket along with a new ticket and charged my credit card for the new ticket. Although it can be a simple matter of the cashier to simply admit the error and refund the over printed LottoMax ticket, however, the cashier responded with grunt and rage, even blamed I do not know how LottoMax works. It was a scary experience of meeting a cashier has such improper manner. My suggestion is the cashier needs at least anger management training, otherwise. I can see more customers will be threatened by his improper manner.

no place was open for milk at night in Stouffville. I didn't want to go to this place but it is what it is. However, it cost $10. I get inflation is up but $10 is crazy man, i didn't realize what he charged me until he gave me my change back. I didn't even get a greeted by staff member. I needed another bag so i drove down to Circle K and paid $7. Had to give you a 1 star for this.

They shut off my pump because my child was standing next to me while I was pumping gas. If this really is a regulation it's a pretty stupid one. I'd like someone from shell to contact me regarding this regulation as stated by the attendant at shell today aug 19th 2022 @10 pmCustomer service attendant was very rude. I asked him where does the regulation state it and he wants me to call customer service about this. Not noted at the pumps, not noted at the gas station anywhere but somehow we were supposed to know this and follow it. Apparently your kids are not welcome here people, they won't let you serve yourself some gas when you have kids, they'd prefer you don't have one when you come here. Half way through pumping gas? I would have been done in less than a minute and gone! But I guess you needed to make a point. A good one too! It better be, because my lawyers would love to hear about this.If anyone's going to reply to this review, it better be explained in here. I don't want to contact anyone else. If you'd like me to fill out a form I rather take the time and fill out a discrimination complaint with the proper authorities.

The guy in the store is miserable. He responds to customer questions with grunts, or not at all. I know he speaks English because he sold me a lotto ticket....I guess he just chooses not to speak English.

I used to fill gas at this station.It’s the nearest gas station from my home in Stouffville. Since last two years, their price was not competitive.Gormly and Markham’s gas price is much cheaper. At least 15-25cent/L cheaper on 91 premium grade compare with shell. June 30 Gormly 91 grade is 2.13/L, this Shell is 2.33/L. Don’t go here if you want save some money. Currently this Shell station and the Esso Station beside this station are not offering the reasonable price anymore. I guess these two gas station are owned by a same owner. They are at best location in centre of the town. On business side, they don’t have any competitors, that might be the reason their price is higher than Gormly or Markham gas station.

Terrible service. Washroom is always closed due to “cleaning”. No one is wearing a mask. Just an absolute disaster of a gas station. Good thing there are a few others in the area that offer much better customer service and actually follow covid procedures.Edit* 5 months later and nothing has changed at all…. Not surprised.

Very disappointed that the bathroom is out of order and thus unavailable. We just put over $100 of fuel in the tow truck. We will not come to this gas station again.
