I don’t normally do reviews, but felt I needed to in this instance.I was on my way to an appointment when I hit bad weather in all that crazy rain we had recently.As luck would have it, my windshield wiper blew off.I had driven by this auto parts store before, but never been in it.Luckily I was near this store and they had a replacement wiper in stock.Not knowing how to put it on, they offered to help me.Thank you. Thank you.I really appreciated the help and was still able to make my appointment on time.

Old guy at the front desk was rude and condescending. Makes customers feel small while he leans on his desk and delegates work to his colleagues. Horrible customer service. Now I know why people shop online

Meant to do this review a few weeks ago. Called the store to see if they had some car cleaning products to give my Dad for Father’s Day. The person I spoke to took the time to suggest a few items including a cleaning pail filled with products they had on sale. But the thing he liked best was the can of tire foam spray to spray on the tires to make them look new. I had never heard of this product so thanks for the suggestion.

Wonderful staff! Finally a place with good old-fashioned customer service. Was in there this past weekend and the counter person, who I think was the manager, made sure I left the store with the correct part for my husband's car. Thanks again!

I have been to this store 4-5 times now. I try to shop locally to support business. Every time I walked away empty handed. The staff just doesn’t care to help you. Almost like it’s a bother for them to look up a part for you. There is a cancer in your store. You need to figure it out. I would not recommend this place.

This place is not a place I'd do business with. I advised the person on the phone what I am looking for. I was honest enough to say that I'm looking around for quotes and then when I mentioned the price that I got quoted as the lowest to my eyes compared to others he says why dont you just go there. I said well I'm an individual who likes to research im going to find quotes bc people like to scam customers as well.Anyhow he didn't seem to care anyhow but after I said that statement he seemed to want to maybe help but the voice itself didn't sound delightful at all instead I said it's ok I'll take my business elsewhere.People really need to realize how businesses think they can treat people and expect the company to be liked. No thank you I'll spread my word about the company to others not just through reviews but other sources.Rude service do not go!
